The Impact Lab by Elena Dolinski is the strategic platform within the ZENITH Summit 2026 ecosystem, an exclusive space where 55 leaders selected for their real impact speak with transparency about what works, what transforms, and what the world still needs.

Everything generated will be documented in the official ZENITH 2026 Impact Report, the institutional legacy that turns this Summit into a movement.

Why Now

A decade into global commitments for a more just, equitable and sustainable world, progress has been real but insufficient. The pace of change is falling short. The gaps persist. And time is running out.

The world does not need more declarations. It needs more leaders who are already building solutions and spaces that document their real evidence.

That is the Impact Lab.

The Methodology

The 5 pillars and 15 discussions of the Impact Lab were not born from a corporate agenda. They were born from an exhaustive analysis of the most urgent challenges of our time and from the foundational question behind the creation of this space:

What conversations, if held today with the right people, can accelerate the progress the world needs?

The answer is the 5 pillars.

The 5 Pillars

PEOPLE - 272 million children and youth remain out of school. Women perform 2.5 times more unpaid domestic and care work than men. More than 2 billion people lack access to safe drinking water. The conversations the Impact Lab was designed to have:

Mental health as a business strategy · The education gap the market won't wait to close · Gender equity: the largest untapped economic opportunity.

PROSPERITY - Without significant acceleration, nearly 1 in 11 people will continue to face hunger. Automation is redefining work faster than educational and labor systems can respond. The conversations the Impact Lab was designed to have:

Does economic growth reduce inequality or finance it? · AI, automation and the future of dignified work · The private sector doing what government couldn't in 30 years.

PLANET - Renewable energy is today the fastest-growing energy source in the world. And yet, the most vulnerable communities continue to pay the highest price for a problem they did not create. The conversations the Impact Lab was designed to have:

Businesses that heal: growing without destroying · The consumer as agent of climate change · Who really pays the cost of climate change?

PEACE - Conflict, structural inequality and lack of access to basic opportunities are the deepest roots of violence. Peace is not won by decree, it is built from within every industry, every community, every conversation. The conversations the Impact Lab was designed to have:

No lasting peace without economic justice · The leader as a peace builder from their industry · Non-violent communication: from the boardroom to society.

PARTNERSHIP - Half the world's population lives in countries that cannot adequately invest in their own development due to lack of access to capital. Alliances that multiply impact do not happen by accident, they are built with intention. The conversations the Impact Lab was designed to have:

CrossPollen in action: alliances that multiply impact · Private sector and global agenda: real partners or just PR? · From local to global: how Miami became a hub of impact.

The Impact Report

Every conversation in the Impact Lab will be consolidated in the official ZENITH 2026 Impact Report, a document co-authored by Elena Dolinski that turns conversations into real, measurable and replicable evidence. An institutional asset available to those who participated and to those who are part of the movement.
