Mottoz USA LLC. and its associated entities (collectively "Mottoz," "us," or "we") organize Zenith Summit 2026, a historic 33-hour event seeking to establish 3 Guinness World Records, providing entrepreneurs and business leaders with networking experiences, productivity interviews, and professional growth opportunities. Our event technology and platform facilitate user participation, including customers, organizers, event planners, participants, attendees, speakers, and special guests (collectively "you" or "your").
We understand and appreciate concerns regarding how information about our users is used and shared, and we value your trust that we will handle information about you carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy governs your participation in and use of our services; any content or information therein, including the Zenith Summit Mobile App, our Web Apps, and any other website pages on which services are provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

Mottoz collects information relating to you and your use of the Services to provide Services and features that are easy to use and responsive to your needs. Mottoz collects personal information in the following ways:
From you when you register, purchase services, and communicate with us. We collect information from you when you register for the event, purchase participation or sponsorship packages, request information, send us email, send us postal mail, send us text messages, send us chat messages, or speak with us on the telephone. When you register or purchase products and services, you will be prompted to give your consent to our processing of your personal data. From the Apps. Mottoz, in some cases, provides its community members with a list of all members. As such, Mottoz's customers using our Apps are able to view certain personal information of other members. Our "Community Rules" located within our Apps govern the use of personal information of members and prohibit bulk unsolicited advertising and promotional messages.

We disclose personal information to advertisers, merchants, consumer and market research companies, service providers who help us provide services, or to other third-party service providers who provide certain specialized services to us, to provide services on our behalf, or who cooperate with us on projects. Event participants: The 333 speakers and special guests participating in the productivity interviews

Sponsors: Companies sponsoring the event at any level (Silver, Gold, Platinum)

Commercial third parties: Any third party the organizers deem convenient for commercial purposes, marketing, market research, or business development
